Single Malt
Scotland
1 Jan 2007

All the way from the Isle of Mull comes a 12 year old Tobermory single malt, which has been treated to a finishing period in Port pipes. It spent four years in the big ol' casks, taking on generous helpings of red fruit and chocolate notes. Just the ticket for a warming dram on a cold evening.
Orange peel, strawberry, chocolate and vanilla-rich malt.
Soft hints of salted caramel and earthy barley underneath raspberry, coffee and red liquorice.
Poached pear, raisins and a prickle of peppercorn.
