This limited edition Tobermory was distilled over on the Isle of Mull in November 2007, and was then filled into refill hogsheads for most of its maturation. For its final 22 months, the single malt was transferred to sherry butts for a finishing period, before it was bottled in June 2019 at a burly 62.4% ABV.
Waxy citrus peels, plump raisin and orange oil, with green oak and honeycomb.
Date sweetness and with hints of ripe plum, peaches in syrup and barrel spice.
Dark chocolate-coated raisin and orange peel.
