Single Malt

A gentle peaty pampering awaits with this glorious Ledaig single malt from Tobermory. Distilled back in 1995, the whisky began its maturation mellowing out in a refill hogshead before finishing in a teeny oloroso sherry octave for a superbly creamy, sweet, and nutty profile. 188 bottles join our own Master of Malt collection, without added colour or chill filtration.
Rich and creamy with notes of banana flambee, cured salami, rum and raisin ice cream, hazelnut, and butter fudge.
A brilliant balance of creamy sweetness and gentle peat smoke. Chewy caramels, robust malt, nutty maple syrup, and elegant waves of charred wood. Dark chocolate and gentle spices join in time.
Notes of roasted coffee and malty dark beer, smoky, sweet, creamy, and nutty. A touch of flamed orange peel, rhubarb and custard sweeties, strawberry laces, tannic sherried oak.
