This is one of the smoothest whiskies I've tasted. The newer stronger 10 year old is, disappointingly, rough in comparison.
Wow, pretty smooth for 10 years. Easy to drink
I bought this as a gift - imagine my surprise when I got it back! Clearly the intended recipient knew not what he had received, for the outer box looks as if it might have come from Aldi - if only my friend had looked inside he may have realised this was not a £7 bottle of firewater! Well presented, smooth and really nice to drink. :)
I have not tasted anything as easy or smooth to drink.
