A smoky blended malt here from The Cooper's Choice range, independently bottled by The Vintage Malt Whisky Co.! It's a teaspooned malt, though you might be able to figure out some of its history from the name, Williamson... This one was aged for 14 years in a bourbon cask, and bottled with an outturn of 270 bottles.
Smoked meats and sea breeze, with a hint of vanilla pod.
Still packing plenty of coastal brilliance, with a touch of dry toast and peppery spice growing.
Hints of brown sugar sweetness make for a welcome contrast to the salinity.
