This Lowland single malt was distilled at an undisclosed distillery, and bottled by The Vintage Malt Whisky Co. as part of The Cooper's Choice collection. Before bottling in 2021, the whisky spent a finishing period in Marsala wine casks, imparting some fabulous spiced fruit character. A total of 312 bottles were drawn from this single cask.
Orchard blossom and gentle citrus with sweet, toasted oak.
Malty vanilla, floral fruit progresses to aromatic dried fruit, rich toffee, and a whiff of heather.
Warming spices and muscovado sugar, gentle oak char, and milk chocolate raisins.
