Independently-bottled Inchgower from The Vinatge Malt Whisky Co.! Distilled in 2010 and whacked into American oak for the bulk of its maturation, this single malt was then moved to a cask which previously held Beaumes de Vinese sweet wine for a finishing period. Just 300 bottles were released at 52.5% ABV, with lots of sweet, fresh fruit thanks to the cask finish.
Pears in syrup, buttery oak, and apple blossom, alongside hints of nutmeg.
Apple tart, green grape, and floral honey, with dried kitchen herbs in support.
More honey, oak spice, and red apple.
