A pretty unique Irish whiskey from The Temple Bar in Dublin, which spent its first 13 years in bourbon casks. For its final year it was moved to an Argentinian Malbec casks, sourced from Bodega Bianchi. Just 1,000 bottles were released at 43% ABV, full of red fruit and chocolate and housed in a particularly snazzy tin!
Dry plum skin, toasty wood and ripe berries alongside green oak and mocha.
Dusty cocoa and oak spice, with a touch of milk chocolate and cranberry.
A dry, spiced finish.
