An independently bottled Irish single malt whiskey, chosen by La Maison du Whisky and bottled by Belgian company, The Nectar. This was distilled in 1999 and bottled in 2015.
Generous notes of fresh herbs and spices (think peppercorns, mint leaf and cardamom), alongside light hints of red berries.
Bourbon-oak vanilla notes start to develop. Chewy toffees and a hint of chocolate. Still rather herbaceous.
A lasting sweetness of chocolate and vanilla.
