Roll up, roll up for the fourth instalment in The Macallan's limited annual Harmony Collection! Vibrant Oak reflects the influence of sherry-seasoned casks on The Macallan's signature style, having matured in a combo of first-fill sherry-seasoned American oak and refill sherry casks. The whisky was created in collaboration with Cirque du Soleil, and the packaging features characters from its SPIRIT experience which premiered at The Macallan Estate in early 2024. Not only that, the outer packaging and label are made from repurposed oak chippings, leftover as a by-product in the cask making process, pretty neat.
Intense vanilla bean accompanied by sweet sherbet and lime zest gives way to fragrant pears nestled in delicate vanilla sponge cake.
Creamy vanilla panna cotta, buttery shortbread, lightly toasted coconut with almond brittle, apple and sweet oak.
Medium, sweet with lingering vanilla.
