The rich Lapsang edition is more toasty and oriental spice-led, and matured in a combination of European and American oak sherry casks. Inspired By Phoenix Honey Orchid Tea, which is an oolong, is predominantly aged in American oak sherry casks with fruitier, more floral notes, but again classic European oak features of course.
