This is the eighth instalment in The Macallan's limited annual Classic Cut collection, showcasing a combo of whiskies matured in bourbon American oak and sherry-seasoned European oak casks. Bottled at a hearty 52.4% ABV, this single malt boasts generous notes of oaken vanilla sipped at full strength, but 'cut' it down with a drop or two of water and you'll discover more tropical pineapple sweetness emerging.
