What can I say. After a hard days work at Pearson Specter Litt, Harvey and I sit back and enjoy a glass or two of Macallan 18. And boy is this a whisky to be cherished. Its unrivalled in terms of smoothness, flavour and sensation. Its the best product on the market. Savour every drop.
The nose on this is mouthwatering, inviting and heady. Spice, oak and light it lovely fruit on the palate. Dry, intense and oaky finish that satisfies even the most discerning tasters. Even better than my Balvenie 17yr old doublewood, and that'a saying a lot. A hefty price tag, but for a special occasion it's worth it!
Got a Sample from Drinks By the Dram.. Colour; Mahogany Nose ; Sherry! Big Sherry, Milk Chocolate, Coconut, Vanilla Whipping Cream, Christmas Cake, Demerara Sugar, Juicy Red soaked grapes, Oak Taste; Oak, Dark Intense sherry, Dark Chocolate, Ginger and Nutmeg ( lots of Christmas spices! ) Finish; Very intense, slight drying with a incredible mouth fill, quite spicey. Comments; Really is lovely isn't it? The nose is fantastic, the mouth doesn't quite live up to the nose. Don't get me wrong it's bloody delicious. £150 is really really strong. I don't think I would pay it, shame because it fantastic.

Also this Macallan didn’t have a distilled date anymore it is a great Macallan 18. I recommend enjoying this with a piece of 90% dark chocolate. Great combination. The Macallan 18 is still one of my all Time favorites.
