Macallan's yearly 18 year old releases have become very popular among lovers of splendid Speyside whiskies. 18 years maturing in Sherry oak casks from Jerez, Spain, imparts masses of fruity, sherried goodness - yum!

Very tasty, every time I have a glass I enjoy it. For the money I do think you can do better. Drinks well with Bob Dylan, no wife and a recliner. Probably could say that for many drams though.
Sublime. I have not had the 18 in years. Rich, refined, complex, with impressive length. It brings back memories of 78-80!
Great whisky. Very smooth. Smell of port, fruits, sherry, caramel, taste like fruit and sherry.
