From the Macallan's Easter Elchies Cask Selection series comes an intriguing bottling of 13-year-old single malt Scotch whisky. The sherry butt (#423, if you were wondering), was laid down in 1997 and left to mature for a baker's dozen years before being selected to become part of this exciting range. It was bottled at cask strength and released in 2010.
