The 12 year old expression from The Macallan Fine Oak Range, matured in a selection of American and European oak casks seasoned with sherry, as well as American oak casks seasoned with bourbon.

Nectarines, sugared almonds and vanilla toffee. Spicy oak and golden malt lend a good balance to the sweet opening notes.
Good sherried malt in here, rich and sweet with plump raisins. Developing orange peel notes. Warm oak at the core.
Quite long with vanilla and sultana.
Probaly the best whisky I have had what a treat always have a spare bottle in case I run out helen my ex wife put coke in it thats why shes my ex wife my new wife loves it neat

Oh what a perfect dram! It is so rich and smooth. very good smell of caramel or toffee and such a gentle taste. Will buy for sure again.
A very good dram, lighter than the 12yo sherry oak, but a classy nice one.
You could feel the influence of ex-bourbon casks, and some sherry in it. A nice dram for a sunny day...
