A rare find here, and it's part of our exclusive Master of Malt Single Cask Collection! Distilled in 1992, this single malt from Macallan spent 32 years maturing in a very generous refill Sherry butt, and there are just 59 bottles available.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Generous layers of rich, leathery old oak, vanilla shortbread, crumbly fudge and cooked peach are joined by juicy orchard fruits, Crunchie bars, biscuity malt, and custard.
Palate
Soft notes of sweet peach and apricot join fresh apples and pears, dusted with cinnamon. A touch of red fruit brings sweetness to the depths, joined by creamy vanilla and mellow old oak.
Finish
Juicy sultanas, malt loaf, butterscotch, and some jammy red fruit balance drying old oak, fragrant tobacco, floral vanilla, and a pinch of pepper.
