Here we have Gordon & MacPhail's 2019 bottling of its wonderful Speymalt editions! The Macallan single malt was distilled in 2005 and matured in sherry casks until 2019. Then Gordon & MacPhail bottled it up at 43% ABV. Sherried Macallan is always a winner in our book.

Waxy peels, with caramel digestives and ripe banana.

Oily orange peel, with smooth praline, pears and chocolate sauce.

Finish

Black pepper is tempered by creamy milk chocolate.
