A rather exciting bottling from Gordon & MacPhail's Speymalt series! It's a 1971 vintage Macallan single malt Scotch whisky, which was matured until 2009, when it was bottled up at 43% ABV. Not only is it well-aged single malt from one of the most revered distilleries in Scotland – it also features a salmon doing a jump on the label. Both excellent things.
