Distilled in 1997 at Macallan distillery, this 16 year old single malt was matured in a single hogshead and bottled in 2014 by The Vintage Malt Whisky Co. for the Copper's Choice range. Only 300 bottles were released.
Vanilla and honey, with hints of sandalwood developing later on.
Sweet with a citrus acidity, followed by dried apricot and honeydew melon.
A short finish with flashes of lemon peel.
