A 1990s edition of the wonderful Macallan 10 Year Old - a classic single malt with a gracefully charming character. A collector's piece for sure!

A clean, crisp nose with gristy cereal sweetness, rubbed petals and hints of pastry. Aromas of milk and marmalade develop with time in the glass.
Smooth, medium-bodied palate with oily nuttiness, barley, hints of bourbon and malt extract. Creamy and rounded.
Medium finish with chewy oak and pepper on the tail.
