A single cask, cask strength English whisky from The London Distillery Company! Distilled in September 2015, it spent its five years in American oak, imparting a good dose of vanilla to the expression. It was bottled up at a rather burly 61.8% ABV, so don't be afraid to add a splash of water to help open this one up.
Ripe pineapple and buttered toast, leading into homemade marmalade, and spiced berry compote.
Mango fool, summer fruits, and citrus curd, balanced by a good dose of spicy oak.
Toasted brioche slathered in berry jam lingers.

Don’t be fool by the years. I truly enjoy this bottle .. a very unique one .. it has interesting juniper nose and taste to it.
