Matured in a mix of the finest sherry-seasoned oak casks, Signature delivers deep layers of dark chocolate, dried fruits, and warming spice. It’s indulgent and rich, but never overdone – precision-crafted in the heart of the Lake District using the distillery’s meticulous élevage philosophy.

Tasting Note by The Producer
Nose
Rich polished oak infused with irresistible leather, sumptuous dried fruits, pecan nuts, dark chocolate, and a nuanced touch of orange zest.
Palate
A harmonious melody of baking spices, sweet sultanas, raisins, and figs gives way to stewed orchard fruits, a burst of citrus, and opulent notes of treacle intertwined with the warmth of oak.
Finish
An enduringly indulgent tapestry of all the lingering dried fruits.
