The Lakes Quatrefoil Collection - Hope 70cl Whisky

This right here is one of four different expressions released by The Lakes Distillery for its Quatrefoil Collection, which looks to explore how cask type and sherry type impact the house style of the distillery's whisky. Hope, for example, was drawn exclusively from first-fill Spanish oak Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry hogsheads, which bring a whole lot of intense sherried deliciousness to the English single malt whisky.
