
The Glenlivet released this single malt as a Travel Retail exclusive, as the first instalment in its Groundbreaker Collection, celebrating artists who elevate their craft through travel. This edition is a partnership with Malaysian artist Red Hong Yi, who designed the packaging, and whose name inspired the distillery to foray into red wine cask finishing. Initially matured in European and American oak, a portion of the whisky was then selectively finished in double-charred American oak and European red wine casks – a first for The Glenlivet.
