This is the first release of a triple-distilled Cognac cask-finished single malt from The Glasgow Distillery, made from a marriage of three casks 18/965, 18/966, and 18/967. The spirit was filled on 3 February 2018 into first-fill bourbon casks and laid to rest for two years and ten months before moving into French Cognac puncheon casks on 17 December 2020 for two years and six months. It was filled on 12 July 2023 at 52% ABV into 1576 bottles.
Pears, floral honey, vanilla ice cream, green apple skins, orange boiled sweets, shortbread, and white pepper.
Flaked almonds pastries, caramel, coconut, orange peel, and orchard fruit.
Aromatic spice, toffee apples, and vanilla.
