
Hailing from the Glasgow Distillery, this limited edition unpeated single malt was filled into a first-fill bourbon cask in August 2018. In January 2021, the whisky was transferred to a Hungarian Tokaji sweet wine cask where it spent its final months before bottling in October 2022. A release of 210 bottles at 58.1% ABV.
Tangy marmalade and spiced fruits, with cooked apples and pears, toasted nuts, and vanilla cream.
Vanilla shortbread, juicy apricot, and honey-soaked sultanas lead the way, with a touch of baking spice. Candied tropical fruit follows while the spice gently builds.
Drying oak, poached pears, roasted hazelnuts, and a dusting of cinnamon.
