The English - The Royal Coronation
This superbly sherried single malt has been released to commemorate the coronation of King Charles III and joins The English Distillery's Royal range - which celebrates all things royal, from weddings to jubilees. As well as PX sherry casks, the whisky has also been matured in bourbon casks for some added sweetness.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Crumbly fudge, dried apricots, apple pie, and a touch of toasted almond.
Palate
Shavings of milk chocolate, with dried figs and raisins, and some spiced fruit cake.
Finish
Cinnamon spice, and dried fruits.
