Bourbon
Independently bottled whisky joins the Signature Series from The Whisky Baron. This single malt was triple distilled at The English Distillery in 2011 and is a blend of two peated whiskies matured in first-fill bourbon barrels before bottling in 2022, without chill filtration or added colour.
Sweet bourbon character joins subtle smoke.
More toffee sweetness, with toasted coconut, syrupy flapjacks, and earthy peat.
The peat lingers, along with vanilla fudge, and some black pepper.
