The Dubliner is a blended Irish whiskey which has been aged in bourbon casks and crafted by Master Blender John Drennan. A new addition to the Dubliner range, which you might know from their Dubliner Irish Whiskey Liqueur (combining whiskey, caramel and honeycomb).
Well honey'd on the nose, with subtle nods to orchard fruits.
Enjoyable notes of golden malt shine through more honey and a touch of white pepper.
Quite sweet on the finish.
$31.87 - $56.78
I bought this for my nephew after reading the reviews it was to with a pewter whiskey decanter I bought for him. We had a wee dram and it was utterly delicious. We both thought it was erring on the sweeter side of a whiskey which we love. It is a very drinkable whiskey and am thinking to buy my own bottle. And I would go as far to say that anyone wanting an introduction into whiskey should try this. The smooth mellow taste is just incredible.
Great bottle. Horrible ? whiskey . I drink only ? whiskeys for 15 years and it's the worst. Cheers from Greece
Bloody lovely now one of my favourites i have it with ice
Very smooth blend, if I can find more I certainly buy it. Great job guys! Plus it named "The Dubliner" fantastic ! Ronnie, Luke, Ciaran, Barney would be proud, I think.
like a pint in Dublin city centre this is overpriced and over rated ... sainsburys has this as a "premium" product reduced to £20 i have this as as "bollox" escalated in price from its £12 worth, it tastes exactly like any other mass produced grain alcohol squirted with flavouring/colouring just before the cap/label goes on
