The Dubliner is a blended Irish whiskey which has been aged in bourbon casks and crafted by Master Blender John Drennan. A new addition to the Dubliner range, which you might know from their Dubliner Irish Whiskey Liqueur (combining whiskey, caramel and honeycomb).
Well honey'd on the nose, with subtle nods to orchard fruits.
Enjoyable notes of golden malt shine through more honey and a touch of white pepper.
Quite sweet on the finish.

Didn't realise it was a blend, until I read the label and confirmed it here. Still, a nice drop.
Really good! Pleasant surprise. Enjoyed in Madison Wisconsin USA.
Had it at an Irish restaurant! Loved it! The honeycomb was a surprise, but a pleasant one. A great desert, after dinner drink!
I like it a lot. Smooth and tasty when aged in bourbon casks. Will buy again.
My daughter gave me a bottle of this for Christmas - I LOVE IT.. it is chilly, wet evening here in Texas... I have made me an Irish coffee.... just a shot of this, good home ground coffee beans, and a shot of whipped cream. OMG is this so good - especially on an evening like this. Thank you for producing such a great whiskey... yum Tx Gabby
