The Dubliner range grew in mid-2016, with the introduction of their 10 year old Irish single malt whiskey! This has been drawn from casks that previous held Kentucky bourbon and has been bottled at 42% ABV.
Subtly floral, backed up with spiced porridge and honey.
Begins to develop chocolatey notes as the palate opens, but retains the light, elegant floral elements.
Quite long and drying.

It is a sipping whiskey. A few ice cubes opened it up. And enjoyed a mouth full of body. Without the ice it is sharp to the tongue and tough to swallow. I like it.
Excellent !!
