
Behold, the fifth limited edition batch of Dingle's single malt Irish whiskey! This expression, distilled on the south-west coast of Ireland, was matured in a combination of bourbon, Pedro Ximénez sherry, and Madeira wine casks. The result is a whiskey packing oodles of flavour, from rounded notes of vanilla-rich barley, to jammy red berries with a dusting of festive spices. Satisfying stuff, perfect for postprandial sipping.
Dried fruit and chocolate peanuts, with nutmeg and ginger developing.
Honeycomb and malt, with vanilla leading into soft oak warmth. Raspberry and cherry notes grow in the background, with cinnamon appearing later on.
