Dingle Fifth Single Pot Still Whiskey
The fifth and, sadly, concluding chapter of the Small Batch Single Pot Still Whiskey Series from Irish whiskey distillery Dingle. Matured exclusively in bourbon casks to that capture the essence of single pot still Irish whiskey, this beauty was then bottled at 46.5% ABV.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Caramel, white chocolate coconut truffles, cinnamon, and orchard fruit.
Palate
Flaked almonds, toffee apples, marzipan, and plenty of rich pot still spice.
Finish
Vanilla and nutmeg.
