16-year-old single malt Scotch whisky from the Glen Deveron range, which is the name that Macduff uses for its official bottlings. This was originally released for the Travel Retail market.
Orchard fruits arrive first on the nose, followed by robust notes of golden barley.
More chewy cereal notes and green apple, soon joined by an elegant, subtle hint of peat smoke.
Lasting oak-y, peaty warm elements.

Taste amazing and I wish you could ship to the US. I had a party in my home and two of my guest drank the entire rest of the bottle without asking me. It was the first I had to tell some guest to not drink someone else’s whiskey without asking first!
I fell in love with this Scotch at first sip. Wish you could ship to the US or have a distributor in the US.
I’ve steered clear of Scorch since getting horribly drunk and I’ll in my twenties. 40+ years later I had a weekend in Edinburgh and decided I should try single malts. Enjoyed my tastings so bought this st the airport returning home after tasting - for me it’s perfect. A light flavour, nice aroma, not a rough after taste, very pleasant to sip. A good start (I fear!) to enjoying single malts!
