Each year, the folks at Drinks by the Dram get together with That Boutique-y Whisky Company for a great big festive bash, whittling down some of their favourite Boutique-y whiskies to feature in their latest Whisky Advent Calendar! There are 24 exquisite samples of whisky to behold here, making this a far better way to count down to Christmas than with a puny square of chocolate each day. Each wax-sealed sample contains a 30ml measure of top-quality whisky from some of the most exciting producers across the globe. If you're in the spirit of gifting, then this would make a perfect present for an adventurous whisky fan.
While we aim to list the contents as accurately as possible at the time of purchase, occasionally contents will change. Rest assured the drams will still be fab, and of equivalent value.

Bought this for my husband's Christmas. He was thrilled and said best present ever.
So far there are some very fine whiskies in this advent calendar. However I do wish it had started off better. The first bottle merely stated it was a 12 year old Spey side which gave me no information at all .. I do like to know exactly what I am drinking - that is half the fun of it. The lack of full information generally is a bit off putting. Otherwise some interesting drinking.
