This single malt was sourced from an undisclosed Speyside distillery and spent a full 10 years maturing in a host of oloroso sherry casks, delivering a rich, golden hue and a profile that's laden with sweet fruit, chewy malt, and beautifully balanced spice.
That Boutique-y Whisky Company bottles limited edition whiskies from a variety of renowned distilleries as well as producing award-winning blends. These whiskies are adorned with cultish graphic novel-style labels (in this case, it's a Boutique-y deer on each!)
Green apple, pear, and a hint of dried apricot. Floral notes – heather and honeysuckle, with sultanas, orange zest and a subtle maltiness. Honey and vanilla.
Fruity, chewy and spicy. Sweet orchard fruits and honey, with delicate spices; nutmeg and ginger, with that malty base.
Elegantly complex and beautifully balanced.
