The folks at Santa Fe Spirits in New Mexico used locally sourced mesquite wood to smoke the malted barley used to make this intriguing American single malt. Mesquite is popular in the barbecue world, beloved for its distinctive, sharp, smoky character. Matured in a new American oak barrel for four years, the whisky was independently bottled by That Boutique-y Whisky Company to join its World of Smoke collection.
