This particular batch is a 15-year-old whiskey from an undisclosed Irish distillery, presented in a 37.5cl bottle. Personally, we think the mystery makes it even more tasty.
Batch 6 is a release of 6,600 bottles.
‘That Boutique-y Whisky Company’ bottles single malts, single grains and bourbons from a variety of renowned distilleries as well as producing award-winning blended malts and blends. These whiskies are adorned with cultish graphic novel-style labels.
Fresh peach, pear crumble and custard, and apricot jam, kept in check by a handful of fresh herbs.
Delicately creamy, with orange chocolate, cinnamon sugar, and zingy lemon curd.
More fresh stone fruit, plum skin, and toasted walnut.
