The whiskey is initially matured in ex-bourbon barrels, after which it enjoys a stay in casks that previously held Central American rum. this is a great and surprising whiskey. I am not a fan of blends but this is fabulous. it is aa cheap as the most popular J whiskey but it is Miles ahead on every aspect.
