The flagship expression from Dublin's Teeling, the Small Batch Irish whiskey is made with a blend of malt and grain whiskeys, initially aged in ex-Bourbon barrels. Following that, the Teeling folks moved the whiskey over to casks that had previously held Central American rum! In these casks, the whiskey had an extra rest for up to 12 months, before being bottled at 46% ABV without any chill-filtration. Wonderfully full-flavoured, with plenty of fresh fruit, creamy vanilla and lively spice notes to enjoy!
Cut grass and orange blossom. Allspice, hints of vanilla, apple pie and blackberries.
Spiced, rich palate with rose petal jelly and lemon curd. Creamy vanilla, hints of dried herbs and cinnamon.
Floral, herbal finish. Caramel on the tail.
A deliciously creamy, spicy and rich Irish blend.

When I opened the seal the cork was not attached to the cap, had a little trouble getting the cork out. Wonderful flavor very nice on the tongue. Now I have to figure out how to cap the bottle
Mellow to the pallet, but be aware a warm comforting sensesation to the throat, the flavour lingers in the mouth would highly recommend.
This is the whiskey that got me to be a whiskey drinker. And no matter what I spend, I have never found a whiskey that compares to the utter smoothness of it. Anyone who has had it knows that word is the best description. It’s converted me-a lifelong vodka man-into someone that will not travel anywhere without it available. My wife (an avid whiskey drinker prior to finding this), will never go back to Johnnie Green and even prefers it to Blue. I’d give it 6 stars if I could.
The smoothest whiskey I've tasted. I love it .
