The flagship expression from Dublin's Teeling, the Small Batch Irish whiskey is made with a blend of malt and grain whiskeys, initially aged in ex-Bourbon barrels. Following that, the Teeling folks moved the whiskey over to casks that had previously held Central American rum! In these casks, the whiskey had an extra rest for up to 12 months, before being bottled at 46% ABV without any chill-filtration. Wonderfully full-flavoured, with plenty of fresh fruit, creamy vanilla and lively spice notes to enjoy!
Cut grass and orange blossom. Allspice, hints of vanilla, apple pie and blackberries.
Spiced, rich palate with rose petal jelly and lemon curd. Creamy vanilla, hints of dried herbs and cinnamon.
Floral, herbal finish. Caramel on the tail.
A deliciously creamy, spicy and rich Irish blend.

LIKED THIS BUT TOO EASY TO DRINK IF THAT IS A BAD THING
Having tasted this on a recent trip through Dublin Airport I bought a bottle! So much flavour and very unexpected from an Irish whiskey! Hoping my wife takes the hints for Christmas as my bottle is almost empty!
Yummy just tried this in a hot toddy and perfect even without any sugar!! Think I will have to buy another bottle for my husband for Christmas.
Got this as a gift loved it! going to try the single grain next!!
just cracked another bottle from a different batch date and got to say just as good as the first one. rum aging just imparts enough to make this very interesting
