This is the third edition in Teeling's Rising Reserve series. After an initial maturation in bourbon casks, the Irish single malt whiskey was transferred to high quality ruby Port casks for a secondary maturation, bringing decadent notes of jammy, vinous fruit to accompany waves of vanilla and butterscotch at its core.
