The Renaissance continues for Teeling! It's the fifth release in the Dublin-based team's Renaissance Series, celebrating the revitalisation and resurgence that Irish whiskey is enjoying at the moment. This edition is an 18 year old single malt which was firstly aged in ex-bourbon barrels, before being moved over to ex-Calvados casks for a finishing period. These French apple brandy casks have really bolstered the fruit-forward, vanilla-rich notes, along with a flash of baking spice too. Tremendous!
