Cracking nine year old single malt from the Teaninich Distillery, independently bottled by The Single Cask! This one was distilled in August 2011, and given a finishing period in Pedro Ximénez cask before being bottled in October 2020. 287 bottles were produced.
Cooked apple, crumbly biscuits, a touch of citrus peel freshenss.
More cooked apple and pear, balanced by earthy oak and a hint of dry barley.
Softly vegetal on the finish, though still sweet with orchard fruit.
