A brilliant single malt Scotch, independently bottled by Berry Bros. & Rudd. Distilled at Teaninich, this expression matured between 2009 and 2022, spending time in a hogshead, before finishing up in a tokaji dessert wine cask! The result is a gloriously rich and fruity dram. A release of 130 bottles.
Woody apricot and sultanas follow soft peach and vanilla, with hints of zesty lime and smoked oak in the distance.
Sticky dried fruits with plenty of floral honey are joined by juicy plums, and biscuity malt. Candied orange peels and cakey spice build, with a touch of tobacco beneath.
Earthen vanilla pod, more soft stone fruits, burnt sugar, and elegant spice.
