This independently bottled Teaninich from the Lady of the Glen range was distilled back in January 2004 and left to age in a bourbon cask. Four months before it was bottled in January 2020, it was moved over to ruby Port cask for a finishing period, imparting rich fruit notes to the whisky. Good job, Port cask! Only 149 bottles were produced.
Banana fritters, jam doughnuts and baked earth.
Turkish delight, runny honey, grilled pineapple and stewed berries.
Shortbread, cinnamon, fizzy strawberry laces and granola.
