Take Teaninich and put it in red wine barrels and what do you get? This delightful whisky, which Mossburn presents as part of its excellent Vintage Casks range, is a 2009 vintage single malt Scotch whisky that was matured for 13 years before being bottled up at 56.2% ABV.
Plum jam and fresh oak, followed by waxy citrus and barley sugars.
Red berry sweetness is complemented by aromatic spice and creamy vanilla.
Floral honey and orange peel.
