Description
A lesser-spotted Teaninich single malt! It spent the final seven months of its maturation in a first-fill Oloroso sherry hogshead before it was bottled up by James Eadie at 12 years old with an outturn of 246 bottles. Seeing as much of the distillery's whisky ends up in blends, this is a somewhat rare treat!
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Sweet orange and chocolate raisin supported by honeycomb.
Palate
Festive, with dried fruit, clove and candied orange, along with a dusting of cocoa.
Finish
Barley sugar and chocolate fudge.
