Well-sherried single cask Teaninich, distilled in 2009 and matured for 12 years, the final six months of which were spent in a second-fill oloroso sherry octave cask. It was bottled in 2022 by Duncan Taylor for the The Octave series, with just 90 bottles release at 55.4% ABV.
Chocolate raisins, orange Starburst, dried apple, and clove-studded orange.
Marmalade, melted milk chocolate, and flamed herbs.
Brown sugar and black pepper.
